Shipping and Return Policy

We, Sparesncare.com, gladly accept returns & replacements.

In case of complaint, we should be informed within 72 hours of delivery. SparesnCare.com shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. If we are convinced that the complaint is genuine, a request will be processed for replacement. However, in the event of frolicsome and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, we reserve the right to take necessary legal actions against user and he / she will be solely liable for all costs incurred by SparesnCare.com in this regard.

Return/Replacement Procedure:

For all return/replacements, please email us at support@sparesncare.com with valid reason for your complaint and request a ticket number.

Post approval of ticket number, you will be issued return/replacement reference number and return address. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card etc. When packaging your items for shipping, mention the replacement reference number on the packaging in large, easily visible letters, inserting the invoice copy within the package.

We strongly recommend packing any items with fragile components to be packed with sufficient padding. We will not be responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and it should be returned to address mentioned in return/replacement reference number.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery is not eligible for return.

Refunds are processed on items sold only, which exclude labor, installation, shipping or any other charges. All returns must be sent on freight prepaid basis and are subject to re-boxing fee. Items ie. Oils, electrical items or made to order, and closeouts are not returnable.

Please note that all returns are subject to a 14% restocking fee, so try to include all original packaging, manuals, and ancillary materials in order to avoid being penalized.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Cancellation Policy:

An order may be cancelled any time within 24 hours or time of shipment whichever is earliest, of the time it was placed. Cancellation after this time, are subject to a 14% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the credit amount paid through your credit card. Refund Policy:

In case of refunds, if you have paid using a debit card/net-banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 3 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Duplicate clause – if client made twice payment for one transaction, the one duplicate payment will be refunded via same source within 07 to 10 working days.

 Shipping

To return your product, you will be informed the shipping address by email with return/replacement reference number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
